1) First send us an email or call us to have your questions answered.
2) We will need to know things like paper color, inside of the box color, insert color and if you want any printing. We will also need to know what quantities you would like for us to quote. Remember the more you order the better the price.
3) We will help you every step of the way from sending sample boxes and paper choices to offering you ideas on creating a personalized look for boxes.
4) Once a design is finalized and a quantity ordered, we will ask you for a written Purchase Order. Depending on the size of the order we may ask for a deposit or credit references, and once the order has shipped we will generate an invoice. Our terms for invoiced items are net 30 days. For all first time orders 50% payment will be required before proceeding with the order.
5) If you require printing or foil stamping, we will send you an email template for you to lay out your art. Simply email it back to us and we will be ready.
6) Normal turn around time for unprinted boxes is 3-4 weeks with printed boxes being 4-5 weeks. Depending on the availability of some papers, the lead time may be shorter.
7) On your Purchase Order you will want to list a shipping address. For small orders, we typically use UPS ground service. Larger orders will ship LTL freight. Be sure that you let us know if you do not have a loading dock or need special services, such as lift gate, or inside delivery.
8) Samples. We will be happy to send samples. Stock gift card box samples are free and are shipped UPS ground. If you need expidited shipping we will require payment via credit card to cover the added expense or you can have it shipped using your UPS account number. There will be a charge for producing printed prototype samples.

We have thousands of different papers to wrap the gift card box with. Every color you can imagine in many embossed textures or feels. All of these papers are great for foil stamping your logo or event on the lid of the box.
Obviously the most eye-catching gift card boxes are those that have a completely printed outside cover wrap. We offer full color printing, with Varnish, Aqueous, or UV coating. We can supply you with templates for art layout for the wraps as well as the pop up insert gift card holders.
Foil stamped gift card boxes offer many benifits over full custom printing. Foil stamped boxes can be done on a wide variety of paper colors and embossing designs where printing can only be done on white paper. Typicall prices are lower for foil stamped boxes in quantities under 5,000.
Last, but not least, we have hundreds of pre-printed papers to suit any occasion. Some of these papers are used in making our stock year round and holiday boxes. All of these papers can be used wityh foil stamping. If you have a certain holiday or occasion you are trying to target, please let us send you some sample swatches to chose from.
Recently we have been experimenting with Digital Laser Printing and the results are outstanding. Especially when we are able to tell customers that we can do complete 4 color printed wraps for gift card boxes, in quantities under 5,000 for a fraction of the cost of full offset printing.
