About Creative Carding
Creative Carding is the gift card packaging division of Prestar Packaging, Inc, a family owned and operated rigid set-up box manufacturing company.
In 2007 we realized that gift cards were a major part of trending gift options and there was no existing unique way to make giving a gift card actually be a true gift. That sparked an idea and thus the new design for the world’s first one-piece unitary gift card box was invented. Four years after receiving our patent for the Gift Card Boxes, we invented our new Gift Card Folders and received a patent for them as well.
Prestar is now the largest manufacturer of gift card packaging in the U.S. We have become so popular that we now ship our gift card boxes and folders to 17 countries around the globe. All of our gift card packaging is made from 80% post-consumer paper products and are 100% recyclable.
Creative Carding was formed as a separate division of Prestar Packaging as we soon determined that our new Gift Card Boxes were becoming a high demand product. Even though Creative Carding is a separate division, both Creative Carding and Prestar Packaging are all in the same facility in Christiansburg, Virginia.
Owners Anne & Craig Chrisman, along with their son Taylor, handle the daily operations, quoting, scheduling and shipping. We also have THE most dedicated and caring family of employees of any company in the world.
